  1. What are the terms and conditions for selling my designerware on PRETTYDEALS?
    Our terms and conditions are :
    • We accept only genuine designer and contemporary labels with a fashionable and/or timeless look for resale at PRETTYDEALS

    • We accept designer labels for items such as handbags, clothes, shoes and others

    • We accept your designer items for resale at our website for a maximum period of 90 days

    • We advise 50-60% off the original retail value for designer items such as handbags and approximately 70-80% off the original retail value for designer items such as clothes, shoes and accessories. Note that current season designer items may be priced at approximately 80-90% off the original retail value SUBJECT ALWAYS to the condition of the items

    • We ask that your designer items be in GOOD CONDITION and CLEAN CONDITION

    Rule of Thumb : If you wouldn’t buy it based on its condition, we can’t resell it.


  2. Where are the bags from?
    PRETTYDEALS operates on a resale basis. Most of our customers are either in need of cash, or would like the money to purchase a different bag.

  3. What guarantee do I have that the merchandise is genuine?
    Upon receiving the item, customer will have 3 days to rectify the authenticity of the item. If found otherwise, just return the item to us and YOUR MONEY BACK.

  4. What are the conditions of the bags?
    All the bags are inspected personally to ensure most detailed description. However observations implied or expressed are personal opinions only. Since description of items are a matter of opinion, please ask questions, for something that may be important to you might have been overlooked. Pictures of each item are posted clearly to show its condition, so when in doubt, please let the pictures speak for themselves.

  5. How long will my items be listed for sale on PRETTYDEALS?
    They will be listed for a maximum resale period of 90 days.

  6. How much will my items be sold for?
    Most items are priced at the sellers’ request, however, we advise 50-60% off the original retail value for designer items such as handbags and approximately 70-80% off the original retail value for designer items such as clothes, shoes and accessories. Note that current season designer items may be priced at approximately 80-90% off the origin retail value SUBJECT ALWAYS to the condition of the items.

  7. How much does PRETTYDEALS receive for selling my designer items?
    We operates on a PRETTYDEALS sale or return basis within 90 days the selling price. You will be paid after the items are sold. The best possible care will be taken with your items, however, we are not responsible for loss (theft or other) or damage. Items are left at the risk of the seller. At the end of the 90 days ("resale period") from the date the items are received. The seller will receive of resale period, PRETTYDEALS reserves the right to return and unsold items to the seller or the seller may choose to donate any unsold items to a charity of PRETTYDEALS choice.

  8. What happens if my items are not sold?
    Any unsold items must be picked up, once informed, by the seller within 30 days. If the seller, once informed, does not pick up any unsold items after the 30 days period, the items become the property of PRETTYDEALS.

  9. Will my personal information be kept private?
    Rest assured, we accept and respect our clients (both sellers and buyers) privacy and
    would do our utmost not to divulge any personal information regarding our clients.

  10. If I sell my designer labels, can I also buy other designer labels from other sellers at PRETTYDEALS?
    Of course you may! You are most welcome to do so.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering

  • Serious buyers only

  • Orders are taken on a first come, first served basis

  • All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude shipping

  • Colors displayed online may differ from the actual depending on your monitor settings and photography

Payment
  • Upon receiving your order confirmation which will include your invoice, payment is to be made within 3 working days otherwise your order will be canceled.

  • If you feel you are not able to make payment within 3 working days, please inform me before the 3 working days is due.

  • Once payment is done, please send me proof of the payment (i.e. Maybank reference number/screenshot) so that I can verify the transaction.

Shipping
  • All orders will be shipped within 1-7 working days upon confirmation of your payment.

  • All items will be packed in drawstring bags and boxes.

  • Please note that I will only make 2-3 trips to the post office in a week as I am a work-from-home-mom and it is not always that I can pop out of the house to the post office.

  • Once your order is shipped out, I will provide you with the tracking number so that you can track the package yourself.

Returns & Exchange
  • All items will be checked prior to shipping for quality. Hence goods sold are non returnable, non refundable and non exchangeable

  • prettydeals will not be liable if your package were to be lost in mail or damaged during shipping.

STEP 4 : Shipping
I do not do personal deliveries or pick-ups due to the fact that my schedule is mainly determined by my kids.

Considering that I am a work-from-home-mom, it is not always that I can pop out of the house to the post office, I will only make 2-3 trips to the post office in a week during weekdays.

All items are shipped from Selangor, Malaysia. Upon receipt of your payment, I will ship your order within 1-7 working days. When items are shipped out, you will get an email from me confirming that it has been shipped out with the tracking number for your reference.
